For the second time in a row, Pivovary Staropramen has become the holder of the prestigious Top Employer Czech Republic 2025 certificate and thus defended its place among the best Czech employers. In all areas evaluated, the company achieved an average score of 88.79 %, placing it among the best globally. The Top Employer award is given annually to companies that provide a quality work environment for their employees and at the same time strive for further development in this area.

2024

In the 21st season of the prestigious independent rating TOP Responsible Company 2024 organized by the Business for Society Alliance, we placed 10th in the main category TOP Responsible Large Company 2024. With a score of over 90 %, we also earned the prestigious Advanced certificate.

2024

Pivovary Staropramen received two prestigious awards in the HR field. Not only did it defend its international Top Employer 2024 certification, it also scored among students in the Czech TOP Employers 2024 ranking, where it rose two places to eighth place in the Consumer Industry category. The Top Employer award is given annually to companies that provide their employees with a quality working environment and at the same time strive for further development in this area. Traditionally, Top Employers are selected by college and high school students.

2023

In the 20th anniversary edition of TOP Responsible Company 2023, the renowned independent rating organized by the Business for Society Alliance, we were ranked among the TOP 25 Responsible Large Companies and our Supply Age Balance project received a special jury award in the TOP Responsible Company in Diversity category.

In the 12th year of the TOP Zaměstnavatelé 2023 survey among students of Czech colleges and universities, we ranked 10th in the consumer industry category. This study is interesting not only for future graduates, but also for companies and potential employers. At the same time, the business analysis company Dun & Bradstreet awarded us the internationally recognized AAA Gold Excellence certificate. This places us among the trustworthy companies suitable for cooperation with all types of business partners. We have also received the prestigious Top Employer Czech Republic 2023 award, which is dedicated to companies that provide their employees with a quality working environment and at the same time consistently strive for further development in this area.

2022

In the 19th year of the BPS TOP Responsible Company Awards, the only independent sustainability assessment on the market organised by the Business for Society Alliance, we succeeded again in the prestigious BPS TOP Responsible Large Company category and ranked among the TOP 25 responsible companies in the Czech Republic in a shared 13th place.

2021

In the historically largest competition of the 18th year, we won 11th place in the category TOP Responsible big company 2021 ranked just behind the top ten companies. Excellent level of our regular Sustainability Reports confirmed the first place in the category TOP Responsible Company in reporting 2021.

2020

In 2020 we achieved historic success in both major strategic categories, winning the title of TOP Odpovědná velká firma (TOP Responsible large company) – Leader and TOP Odpovědná firma (TOP Responsible company) in Reporting.

2019

In 2019, our company was one of the most successful participants in the competition, ranking among the top 10 companies in the main TOP Odpovědná firma category and receiving the title in the strategic TOP Responsible Company in Reporting category.

2018

We received two more certifications in the TOP Odpovědná firma (TOP Responsible company) awards in 2018 – silver in the main TOP Odpovědná firma (TOP Responsible company) category, and bronze for the Days When We Help or Community Days project in the TOP Odpovědná firma (TOP Responsible company) in Corporate Volunteering category.

2017

In the 14th year of the competition, we were awarded silver certification in the main TOP Odpovědná firma (TOP Responsible company) category, and bronze certification in the Most Engaged Employees category for our key Days When We Help or Community Days project.
